COVID-19 Statement

The following statement is for X.Communications group of companies.

In response to the COVID-19 virus outbreak, Xcomm has taken mitigating steps to address the effect of the pandemic on day-to-day operations. The health and safety of our employees, customers, partners and suppliers is paramount to us and we are closely monitoring and acting upon recommendations from the government.

Our businesses were fully prepared for site closures and remote working. We have refined our planning for continuity of critical processes and procedures and have advised all staff to work from home where roles permit. This has been working successfully since before lockdown and therefore we view the risk of any disruption to customer services as minimal.

We are also working closely with our technology partners and suppliers to assure continuity of hardware supply across our products and services.

We are well placed and prepared to see this period through and so our customers, partners and suppliers should have confidence in the services that we continue to provide them.

Coronavirus: Keeping our customers connected and returning to the workplace

As the gradual easing of the lockdown continues, we will do everything we can to keep our customers’ business communications connected as, and when, they transition their employees from home working to the workplace.

Just as we helped them take their remote working to the next level by allowing businesses to communicate and collaborate from anywhere, anytime – keeping their teams connected and aiding business continuity – we are helping them move back to the workplace and set-up workstations so that employees can maintain the required social distancing measures.

We do, of course, undertake any work following the guidance and taking precautions, as advised by the government, to stop the spread of Coronavirus and keep our employees and customers safe.
